Valérie Hellegouarch

How can people easily find their way in a hospital, a university, an airport, a museum, or a public building? That question has guided my work for over 25 years.

After two decades in project management, I now focus entirely on designing wayfinding systems that respond to real-world needs. I analyse workflows, observe user behaviour, and translate orientation challenges into clear, intuitive, and calming experiences. I approach every project through a cognitive, behavioural, and systemic lens—recognising that effective wayfinding begins long before a sign is installed.

I bring a strategic mindset and a focus on outcomes. My solutions are rooted in the operational and experiential needs of institutions, and I take pride in delivering results that are both measurable and meaningful.

I’m passionate about history and love reading biographies of people who shaped their time and help us understand our own.
