I am a strategic advisor with deep Inclusive & Universal Design experience across Australia and the UK.

As a former Director of the Centre for Universal Design Australia, I’ve spent decades championing inclusive and universal design.  I’ve delivered workshops and spoken at conferences around the world, helping teams embed accessibility and equity into complex projects from the outset.

I bring a rare blend of commercial, academic, and consultancy expertise to design and delivery of  built environment projects. My career has spanned sectors and scales—always grounded in evidence, driven by purpose, and focused on people.

I work best where there’s complexity to unravel. I’m known for aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals, identifying patterns in the noise, and helping projects move forward with clarity and confidence.

Off the field, I’ve recently swapped competitive football for the ski slopes—still chasing the thrill of challenge, just at a different altitude.
