Justin Kennedy-Good
I design systems that stick. With a background in Lean, service design, and performance improvement, I help complex organisations build capability, deliver better outcomes, and navigate change that actually lasts. My work spans health, finance, and government—connecting people, processes, and environments to support smarter decisions and stronger results.
At Auckland City Hospital, I founded Ara Manawa, a hospital-based innovation team focused on patient, whānau, and clinician-led design. From whānau rooms to operating theatres, we worked across physical, digital, and process interventions. I also co-directed DHWLab, bringing design-led research into the heart of clinical services.
Now at Humanics Collective, I bring a systems lens to everything we do—supporting clients to lead with strategy, work across silos, and put people at the centre of operational improvement.
I’ve painted in oils for over 25 years, and recently picked up long exposure landscape photography.
