Dr. Lena Belin
I’m a service designer and user experience strategist with two decades of experience helping organisations create places and systems people actually want to use. My work spans sectors — from health and housing to education, culture, and transport — but the thread that runs through it is human experience.
I’ve led strategic design for Qantas, Red Cross, Baptist Care, and Museums Victoria, and collaborated closely with communities to reshape precincts, policies, and services. I’m known for making complexity tangible, connecting insight with action, and helping teams align around what matters most.
My practice sits at the intersection of care, brand, and place, whether that’s planning aged care models, co-designing social infrastructure, or translating research into service flows that actually work.
I care about clarity, impact, and relationships. And I love working with purpose-led teams to design environments that reflect how people move, decide, and feel.
